5 Habits I’m Focusing On This Year


We have all made resolutions in the hopes that we will achieve something great in the year to come. This year I’m trying things a little differently. I’m just trying to improve myself day by day and I’m being more intentional about it. Here are five things I’m trying this year in 2023 to improve my life. And since were talking about improving life, you know I feel like a good coat adds wonders to the wardrobe. Check out my favorites below as well as a collage of some of my favorite wellness items.

  1. Drinking lots of water
  2. Working out consistently
  3. Surrounding myself, with positive people who overachieve at whatever they do
  4. More intentional and conscious purchases
  5. Leaving less of a carbon footprint
