You guys know I love all things Christian Dior, and recently started collecting Dior pieces. In the last few years, I have seen the quality of luxury bags decline dramatically, yet the prices continue to increase. This has lead to my hesitation when purchasing luxury goods. One of the few luxury brands that has been consistent in creating great quality and fashionable items is Christian Dior. Don’t get me wrong, their prices have become a little outrageous, however they have not sacrificed quality to accommodate the increase in consumption. Because of this, I find myself collecting Dior items more than any other brand.
I added another amazing Dior bag to my collection on my birthday. I didn’t plan on buying myself anything, however I wasn’t in the best spirits (don’t feel sorry for me, it happens every birthday lol), and decided that a little window shopping wouldn’t hurt. In the process of browsing, my eyes came across the gorgeous Dior Oblique fold over clutch. It was love at first sight. When I make purchases, especially big ticketed items, I have to feel “love” for the item, and I definitely felt that with this bag. Not only was it versatile, stylish, but it was timeless, hence I knew I had to have it.
