When I first laid eyes on this jacket, all I could think of was
prep-school blazer! So styling it left me with two options; running
with the whole preppy school girl thing or going in a totally unexpected
direction, I went with the latter. I decided to maintain the feel of
the jacket by adding a broach but twisting the look with distressed
boyfriend jean shorts and an oversized silk low cut coral tank-top. I
infused shades of coral into the look in subtle ways with a bracelet and
hints of the shade also in my sandals. Multicolored spiked sandals
definitely have no place in prepschool but definitely in this school of
fashion! A rebellious clutch (animal print) and heavy arm candy all
achieve my anti preppy girl look, you just have to love playing with
fashion!
