When
traveling comfort is an absolute must for me. So on my trip to New
York City to attend the Lucky Fabb event, I decided that I had to be
super chic yet comfortable. As far as I am concerned New York is
undoubtedly the Fashion capital of the Americas, the one place you can
truly show case your style, hence my travel outfit would do just that.
For this Fashion excursion I decided I wanted to play around with the
print trend and color. I made my outfit somewhat monochromatic with my
blue base floral topcoat and light blue distressed jeans(I always have
to throw in an odd piece, and ripped jeans with all theses preppy pieces
are definitely odd) Grey is an amazing complimentary color, allowing it
to work perfectly with the various shades of blue in this look. My
white jeweled collar shirt, tied in with my jeweled broach as well as
my white and black brogues. Prints in general continue to cross seasons
making this trendy stylish coat appropriate. To complete this look I
opted for a chic oversized pair of black sunglasses and an oversized
tote. Cool/chic details tie everything together making this casual-cool
look work!
