It’s my anniversary; Awed by Monica is a year old! It totally feels like yesterday that I started.
At the request of friends, family and clients I started this blog and I
must admit it has been a labor of love. There were times that I wanted
to give up because God knows this is almost like a full
time job on its own, but I didn’t and I am so happy I made the decision
to continue because reading your comments reassure me that I am truly
style inspiring you and that feeling is epic!
To kick off my new year, I
wanted to throw on something shiny and fun. I have to admit I wanted to
buy something new, however my New Year’s
resolution to you and me is to show you how to maximize your dollar and
make what is old new again. Hence making this oldie but amazing gold
sequence dress the perfect choice to start a fashion New Year.
If you buy the right things they never go out of style and with movies
like The Great Gatsby, we know that flapper sequence dresses are very
much in trend.
