I love  a mod dress especially on days when you want to be dressed -up yet comfortable.  Mod dresses happen to be a mainstay when it comes to trends. The key is making it look modern and now, and I achieved that by adding certain accessories

My black mod dress is the base for this look, the silhouette  makes it the perfect blank canvas. To add to the trend I added a classic Missioni scarf featuring the classic zig-zag print which is very 1970s. My oversized oval glasses also add the theme of this look and to add a more contemporary feel,  I added a white collar shirt, brogues shoes and a cool modern/contemporary tote to complete the look. All these details make this look oh so mod – very groovy baby!
