The weather went from 2 – 60 degrees Fahrenheit in the span of 3days. So on this 60 degree winter day, I decided to have brunch with girl friends. In celebration of the good weather and great company, I threw on some rubywo-red and black! This outfit is all about fun and good times, hence why I opted for a red and black crop-top and a fitted and flared black skirt. Crop-tops are so on trend this season, and some variations are not overly flashy and very easy to wear. Unless you have abs of steel, when selecting a crop top, make sure it sits right above the top of whatever bottom of you chose to wear with it. My shiny patent leather booties and hosiery added length to my legs, plus the patent is perfect for a rainy day. Because this look is fun, fun, fun, I wanted to add my signature style twist by including some classic pieces into the mix hence I am carrying Reed rakoff’s classic Boxer tote and a ruby-red French beret. I attached the ultimate classic piece to my beret, in the form of a Chanel brooch – completing the perfect winter fun look.
