There
are so many factors that go into planning the perfect dinner outfit;
Who you are going with, the type of food and the ambiance of the restaurant are all factors that will dictate the appropriate look for the occasion. With all these things in mind on
a recent early dinner date with co-workers, I decide I wanted to dress
up yet remain classic-chic. I achieved this balancing act by pairing a multicolored pattern sheath dress with edgy biker-booties. The dress
showcased a variety of colors,
highlighting the yellow and white, which in turn creates a tropical
feel. I layered the sheath dress with a white shirt to make it more
season appropriate and to add interest. The booties give the look a
little edge and dress it down creating
great balance without taking away from the dress. A classic pea-coat
and bag complete the look delivering the perfect classic- cool vibe with
prints and strong pieces.
