Red, white and black are the colors that appear to literally blossom off this blouse. Peter Pilotto is know for their hyperactive prints and there target collection was no exception. In this particular top, black is the dominant color hence I anchored the look around black. One of my style rules is that if you completely cover the top, show some skin on the bottom. A short full “A” line skirt is fun and flirty and mimics the vibes of the shirt. White and gold sunglasses pick-off the gold shoes and white bag in this look creating the perfect style marriage of over the top prints, color and a little sass!
