There is nothing better than a beautiful spring day. The sun is shining, temperature
is not too hot, flowers blooming, the perfect recipe for cool spring style.
Pretty is what you make it so you can take pieces that can be edgy on their own
and combine them to make the perfect look for the season. In this look I played
with lengths. I paired a boxy crop top with a short skirt. I usually keep one
or the other at opposite lengths but because of sandals that extend to my knees
and where the top meets the skirt, the look works. The fitted top of the skirt
also highlights my silhouette, preventing my body from looking frumpy or being
swallowed by the volume of the top. A beige oversized tote and pretty-pink
sunglasses also add novelty to the look, and all combined really make a
casual-chic yet extremely nice outfit only right for a pretty spring day.
