All fashionista’s will agree that there is nothing better than discovering a new amazing designer. I attended a wedding in Atlanta and was floored by the brides and another friend’s dress, both of which were made by a brand called Brides by Nona. So when I had a little black tie event to attend I contacted her and was ecstatic to find out that, not only does she make to measure, her prices were amazing! I mean who gets a custom made gown starting at $300! I felt the need to share this gorgeous look with you guys. Talk about making a girl feel gorgeous, because that is exactly how I felt wearing this custom-made dress and shooting the look. I live for pieces that leave me breathless, one of a kind dresses that fit perfectly, and exhibit just the right amount of embellishments to suit my taste. The ivory color of the dress makes it appropriate for various occasions including weddings and the sheer bust adds just the right amount of sexy. The layered pleat heel is so intricate and detailed, which truly exhibits the level of workmanship of the dress #loveit! I believe less is more hence I wore all my jewelry on the gown, with the exception of my pearl stud earrings. Because I love a good style twist I paired the gown with my favorite pink – the fuchsia serves as the perfect pop of color. I also didn’t want to feel matronly by adding the typical gold or silver shoe; the pink clean silhouette of the shoe definitely adds a modern touch.
