Why the pairing of green and pink works
Did you know that green is technically a neutral color that can work with every color on the color wheel! I have to admit I never thought of green as a versatile color until a friend suggested I correlate the color green to leafs. Regardless of what color a flower is, it is accompanied by a green leaf, hence is just as versatile as black. After hearing that analogy I never hesitated to wear green with any color. That is why I partnered with New York & Co. to create the perfect outfit of the day from the Gabrielle Union collection featuring green and my favorite color; pink. I know it’s been a while since I featured pink on the blog, but I am totally a pink girl. I love the color, and love it even more during the spring. My love for all things pink lead me to choose this beautiful jumpsuit from New York and Company’s new Gabrielle Union collection. The new collection dropped last week, and it is fabulous! This shade of pink is perfect and when paired with spring’s most versatile color; green, the marriage of the two colors make for the perfect combination. The duo works because green tones down the pink without obstructing the beauty of the hue. The two complement each other perfectly, creating an outfit that is pretty and perfect for spring.

Thank you New York and Company for partnering on this post
