My Journey to Clean Beauty with Biossance
The older I get, I realized I can no longer take my health for granted. That is why I started replacing the foods in my home with organic foods. I did this to invest in my health, and the health of my family. I figured by eliminating toxic chemicals from our foods, we have a better chance of living a healthy, and long life. To be honest I did not consider extending this philosophy to my skin care. Malaria is a disease carried by mosquitoes that affects a lot of countries in Africa. I lived in Nigeria for a few years, and I have firsthand experience with this disease. Malaria is a dangerous disease, and knowing that this company is working hard to positively change the world by administrating over 120 million treatments is pretty legit.
The history and science behind this brand motivated me to replace a lot of the skincare products in my washroom with Biossance products. Why I love the Squalane + Micronutrient Fine Mist
As my work load continues to increase, and the demands of motherhood continue to grow, I find this mist to be the perfect refresher. This alcohol-free, ultra-fine mist is weightless, nourishing, and delivers mineral-rich moisture. I find that the mist hydrates and cools my skin. In addition to that it plumps the appearance of fine lines. I use this product throughout the day, and it does a great job of refreshing my makeup. What more could a girl ask for!
