I am officially a wig person
Until just a few months ago, I would have never considered myself a wig person. Now I’ve gone from having one wig to having a collection of wigs that I absolutely adore.
I shied away from wigs for so many years because wigs just looked fake to me. You could tell a person was wearing a wig a mile away and I did not like that. More than not liking the fact that wigs looked extremely unrealistic, I hated the wig bump. I hated the fact that wigs looked like they were mounted on a bump on top of women’s head. I vowed that I would not to be one of those women.
No to the wig hump
New methods of creating wigs have proven that you can have the real hair look, and not have the dreaded wig cone-head. Even with all the new methods of creating extremely realistic wigs, I still find that lots of women still have that dreaded cone look. Hence I decided to partner with wig expert Jane from the virgin hair fantasy, to create a video showcasing the proper way to wear a wig. Methods that will ensure that your wig lays flat, and resembles your real hair.
