I am officially a wig person

Until just a few months ago, I would have never considered myself a wig person. Now I’ve gone from having one wig to having a collection of wigs that I absolutely adore.

I shied away from wigs for so many years because wigs just looked fake to me. You could tell a person was wearing a wig a mile away and I did not like that. More than not liking the fact that wigs looked extremely unrealistic, I hated the wig bump. I hated the fact that wigs looked like they were mounted on a bump on top of women’s head. I vowed that I would not to be one of those women.

New methods of creating wigs have proven that you can have the real hair look, and not have the dreaded wig cone-head. Even with all the new methods of creating extremely realistic wigs, I still find that lots of women still have that dreaded cone look.
