I’m going to Caribana (Carnival) in Toronto, and yes, I will be wearing the traditional attire. You all know what this means, it’s go time. I’m talking fitness, endurance, AND diet! Carnival is no joke, trust me I’ve been before. But this time, “playing mas” aka wearing traditional attire, it’s going to be a very different experience. All of the walking and dancing practically requires training beforehand! Thankfully, I won’t be starting from ground zero, as I already take my health and fitness seriously but I will be tailoring my routine for Caribana. I’m excited to share more about my “training” for Caribana and how I will getting myself into shape to have the best time! Make sure to follow along on my feed and stories.

You all asked, and I delivered. Reintroducing a fan favorite: J.Crew. On my introduction post to all things mid-range, I was shocked at how many of you all loved J.Crew. It was my responsibility to head to their site and see what was new and I was not disappointed. J.Crew has always been known for their studious, yet stylish designs.
