It’s winter time and by now you’re probably packing up those shorts and sundresses, sandals and swim suits. Your summer gear is on its way to a reserve and you won’t pull them out again until next summer or your next vacation.
I’m with you. I’ve cleared up some space to make room for my winter favorites. But there’s one item (among a few others) that I keep on deck all year long, and that’s my t-shirts.
T-shirts are the new black!
Tees have been all the rage for a while. But for some, finding the perfect one seems to be such a task. I have tons in my closet. From plain, crisp, white t-shirts to vintage tees that represent my favorite era. I just can’t get enough of this trend.
If you wanted to get into it but wasn’t quite sure how, just know that a good t-shirt looks great with everything, on everyone. It adds a cool girl factor to whatever bottom it’s paired with. You can dress it up or down and mix high and low-end pieces to create a look that fits your personality and style.
Finding the perfect t-shirt boils down to two things: Fit and Style.
I typically favor the fit of the boyfriend crew neck because it’s versatile. The loose fit looks great over high-waist bottoms and straight or slim fits (not tight, but close to the body.)
As for style, I’m totally into the bold graphic tee. This t-shirt makes a great statement. You can add pops of color, send a powerful message, or make a simple look pop with a fun tee.
