Hey style lovers happy Monday. I can’t believe it’s May 1ST, that means there are only seven more months in 2017, considering it feels like the year just started, that is a little scary. This weekend was quite the weekend. I spoke at the Dare 2 Aspire conference. At the conference, I talked about my experience of becoming a full-time blogger. The ups and downs of the blogging world, and how to make blogging your full-time business. I also had the pleasure of listening to other female entrepreneurs, their stories were inspiring, and I am so happy I was there.
Today’s outfit post was shot on the streets of Atlanta, and features this amazing tent dress. Because the dress makes such a statement, I wanted to make sure I paired it with accessories that complemented the dress. A pair of statement earrings add a touch of chic to the outfit, and complement the lace details. Although my shoes barely show, I wanted to make sure the shoes also made a statement when they did appear, hence the rockstuds shoes add a stylish edge to the look. I completed the outfit with this beautiful beaded black-and-white bag, and a pair of square oversize sunglasses. Both pieces do a great job of dressing up and complementing the overall vibe of the outfit. This outfit is truly city chic, and the perfect look to make the ultimate style statement.
