I
I am a huge lover of cheese and ice cream! Let’s face it, who doesn’t love a good juicy cheeseburger followed by a bowl of ice cream? When I was asked to partner with Tillamook and attend their VIP event for Melty Fest at Sweet Auburn BBQ here in Atlanta, I was beyond excited because I knew there would be great food, ice cream and amazing people. Not only did the event deliver a fun experience (I learned how to make wontons), but I had the opportunity to share their amazing ice cream with my family. Let’s just say Tillamook is our new favorite ice cream.
One of the highlights of the event was trying the chef’s inspired dishes and guess what, I am sharing one of those recipes in today’s post! Not only will you find the recipe to be simple in terms of preparing but if you love flavorful dishes like me, this is the perfect addition to your recipe rotation. To complete your recipe you can pick up Tillamook cheese here and end the night with a perfect bowl of Tillamook ice cream by picking up a container here . Comeback and leave comments of your beautiful dishes!
