Hey Style Lovers happy Friday! Because you are my people, I know you are just as excited as I am that the weekend is here! Don’t get me wrong this week has been amazing, but the weekend also means I get to take a break, hence I’m excited about that. This week I celebrated my birthday. I had an amazing birthday this Monday. One of my favorite restaurants in Atlanta located at the Shops of Buckhead Le Bilboquet hosted me for lunch, and I got all the gifts I wanted, hence it was a good day. I also completed my summer home makeover, and published the post on Wednesday. I made new connections this week and even worked on a wardrobe consultation which I haven’t done in a while so I was really excited to do this one. It’s was a busy week, but I have to say I loved every minute of it, and now I’m ready to take a break, so once again thank God, it’s Friday.
Today’s post was actually shot on my way to lunch for my birthday, hence this post is called “Lunch at the shops of Buckhead”. I picked this outfit to wear to lunch because it is casual, chic timeless, and extremely comfortable. I love stripes, and I also love the one-shoulder trend, these two details paired together make the perfect blouse, and why I opted to wear it on my special day. I paired my blouse with the pair of high waist shorts. I love all things high waist, and these shorts I no exception. The shorts framed the blouse perfectly and add a touch of chic to my outfit. My white flat sandals also give the outfit a more casual chic appeal, complimenting the overall vibe of the look. Straw bags are totally on trend right now. What makes them even better is that they look fabulous with any outfit, that is why I paired the straw bag that was gifted to me by Nespressowith the outfit. The bag adds just the right amount of interest to the look, andcomplete my birthday lunch outfit.
